Major Rework

• Staves and Tomes can now be charged!
  • Most have 2 levels of charge, although Great Festal/Dirge Festal have 5 levels of charge
  • Damage and cooldowns have been altered to account for charging
• Added the Hunter Axe
  • Has roughly a 40% chance to deal triple damage on a critical hit. Luck on the user and target influences this chance. On average, it is roughly as strong as a Diamond Axe, but the Strength and Luck potion effects can give results even better than Netherite!
