- fixes in the Brazilian portuguese translations
- removed the "description" from potted plant items
- fixed potted plants taken from the creative inventory not actually having flower pots stored
- fixed being able to infinitely keep placing potted plants in the same block
- fixed being able to place potted plants on a block with a plant on it
- fixed plants targeting not working properly
