- added Infected Mass behavior integrated into Infected Cow Phase 2
- added Phase 2 transformation triggers for all infected creatures
- updated mod to work with Fabric 1.21.11

- removed Infected Grass block
- removed standalone Infected Mass entity (integrated into Infected Cow Phase 2)
