Fixed issues with log tagging preventing Scorchwood Log blocks from breaking quickly with an axe, among other problems

There were a bunch of problems stemming from this, the Scorchwood breaking speed being the biggest. Major oversight on my part which as far as I can tell has been there from the start. Should be fixed now at least.
