Fixes

• Properly load custom-model-data.
• Add missing bisected data allowing stairs to be regenerated properly when upside down.
• Prevent custom blocks being overwriten with original data by @OlivierChiasson.

• Added support for the harvesting event (sweet, glow berries,..).
• Blocklist.yml no longer requires the Blocks section. Presets can be specified immediately.
• Replace the default Blocklist.yml with a simpler one and a link to the wiki.
