A small patch to Block Breaker & Block Placer that adds the following features:

• Tools used in the breaker have their durability consumed
• When shift-clicking from a player inventory into a Block Breaker, Tools will attempt to go into the tool slot before entering the main breaker inventory
• Adds compatability with FabricaeExNihilo, making blocks mined by the breaker drop their hammered loot instead of their normal loot
• Makes the breaker have configurable sidedness? I don't know how else to explain it.
