Bug fixing patch.

Content Changes

• The mod now correctly visualizes the new "Global Cooldown" on abilities.
• Implemented a primitive error handler to reduce the chance of crashes. This will be expanded on in the future.
• Implemented a command-line argument to turn off specific parts of the mod. This should not be used unless absolutely necessary.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused distortions in the Custom HUD when riding boats.
• Fixed a bug that caused players to retain their outline in-game when leaving a party.
• Fixed a bug that caused a "ghost" party to appear on-screen after relogging when in a party.
• Fixed a rare but nasty crash in the cooldown visualization system.

This mod runs on Minecraft 1.18.2 with Fabric only. The mod will be updated to newer versions along with the Blockgame server.
