✨ Update Notifications & Quality-of-Life Improvements

This release adds a fully integrated update notification system to keep server operators and Discord users informed about new Blocketing versions.

Highlights

• New Update Notification System
  • Added /blocketing toggle update-info command to enable or disable in-game update notifications.
  • Operators are notified when they join if an update is available.
  • When a new version is detected, a Discord notification is automatically sent at server startup.
