Blockacy of Kain - 1.1.2 - 1.12.2

A quick update, fixing the sword direction when stored in display blocks, behaves like other swords now. Also added Melchiah as an entity via a spawn egg, can fire Wither skulls but isn't a finished boss mob yet. Also added a pillar generation item, so you can spawn in the pillars yourself as they don't generate in the world yet.
