Fence Fix: By using Mixin to intercept TACZ's bullet_ignore tag, fences and fence gates can now be hit and destroyed by bullets. Enabled by default, can be disabled in config (fixBulletIgnore = false).
Automatic Config Update: After upgrading the mod, newly added config options will be automatically appended to the old config file, no need to manually delete and rebuild.
