Block Blocker

Changes

• Added an extra check when right-clicking with a place-able item (BlockItem) checking if that block is allowed to get placed and if not stop the interaction.

• This should fix the weird desync when trying to place a blocked block where it desyncs the inventory. please reopen the issue if you notice it happening again.
