BlindMe

This is the first non-beta release of BlindMe, and contains the following changes:

• Added a way to view the current active status effect in-game: invoking /blindme without arguments
• Updated to 1.21.5
• Removed dependency on Quilt Loader for the config functionality, thus enabling compatibility with Fabric Loader
• Removed dead code

This version was compiled against Minecraft 1.21.5, and requires Fabric Loader (or equivalent) and Fabric API (or equivalent).

Note: if upgrading from an earlier version of BlindMe, this will erase the settings for worlds and servers.
