Black Flash - 2.1 BETA Part 1. "Dynamic black flash chance" Update

Changelog:

• New enchantment
• Dynamic Chances
• Reworked debug mode

The black flash chance now changes from:

• Health amount
• Weather (whether the player is in the rain)
• Environment (player is in water, doesn't stack with rain)
• Item in hand (if there is an item in hand, the chance changes to the standard chance * 3).
• Advancements (better than 3 to 7 and The Blessing Of Black Sparks now increase the chance of black flash)
• When your shield is pierced (while the shield is on cooldown, the chance is increased. After unleashing black flash the shield cooldown is reset)

The Sparkles Of The Black Flash enchantment reduces the chance penalty when holding an item (depending on level, the chance will be higher).
