Biome Intros 1.7 Release for 1.21.11 -> 26.1

Changes:
- Updated pack format to support 1.21.11 through to 26.1
- Branding is now "By Xhaelan" instead of "By TheKnytemayor"
Biome Intros has not been tested in 26.1, so be aware there could be issues in that version.
