Mod starts with a new workstation for villager (Organic Machination Lab). You can use it to make villager a Bio-Engineer, who at the penultimate (Expert) and last (Master) level will be able to sell you implants.

Implants list:

[RPE] – Used to improve the organ of sight

[CMW] – Used to enhance physical strength

[NBC] – Used to enhance blood circulation

[SSM] – Used to enhance capacity

[PLE] – Used to improve the respiratory organ

[BLA] – Used to enhance speed

[NSG] – Used to improve the player's skin
