BIG UPDATE this is the biggest update yet and im very happy with how it came out we have moved to 0.3.0 with how many things ive added

added 1 new entity added 4 new events added 2 new config options fixed 1 event i think its still a little buggy

fixed diamond event by having a 50/50 chance to give coal it was too OP it might not work fully yet
1 new entity called missing_entity
added censor hotbar event. added show players skin event. added cursed gui event. added random message event.
added vhs overlay and entity block griefing in config

there could be more i did like 10 hours of work but this is all the main things
