Lots of little bug fixes, an auth issue and two new features

• Items with a valid creation date now display that on tooltips
• ✨ enchants are now properly animated
• Foraging math now actually has soft cap

• Fixed chat name not being clickable and FL names not being clickable
• Fixed kuudra showing incorrect for chim/term
• Added a player not found indicator when pving a name that isnt real
• Fixed some issues with int limit
• Fixed value breakdown icons being paper
• Fixed lshift for sack info not working
• Fixed whispers showing wrong total
• Fixed auth failing and improved error messages for reporting
