Events HUD (replaces Meteor HUD)

• Renamed and expanded to cover multiple event
• Each meteor entry now shows a heading indicating whether it is naturally spawned or player summoned.
• Tracks Ore Merchant spawn and death announcements, displaying each active merchant's tier, coordinates, and distance.
• Per-tier toggles to show or hide individual merchant tiers (Coal, Iron, Lapis, Redstone, Gold, Diamond, Emerald).
• Distinct heading colors per merchant tier. Waypoints (new)
• Screen-edge direction indicators for every active meteor and merchant: a colored diamond when on screen, or an arrow clamped to the edge when off-screen.
• Optional 3D beacon beam pillars rendered in world space at each event location.
• Custom waypoints: add your own named, colored, coordinate-based waypoints with individual beam opacity and icon scaling.
• Per-type toggles (meteors / merchants) and a global beacon beam on/off toggle.
• Per-waypoint beam opacity (0–255), with separate defaults for meteor beams and merchant beams in config.
• Per-waypoint icon scaling: separate on-screen and off-screen scale multipliers, with config defaults for newly created waypoints.
