THE REALLY ATMOSPHERIC UPDATE

• This was not in fact the last update for 1.21.11
• Added Voxy as an alternative to Distant Horizons, and as a result, set the render distance back down to 16 by default
• Added Atmosfera for a subtle ambient soundscape
• Added Cosy Critters & Creepy Crawlies to add client-sided birds and other small creatures to enhance the vanilla atmosphere
• Added the Just Like Rays mod by default, but due to it changing how vanilla lighting works, I have disabled it by default, making it optional
• Removed ScalableLux for compatibility with Just Like Rays
• Added Wakes, since it finally updated, despite the fact that there will be a new version of the game very soon
