This is mostly a bugfix release following the big changes of 2.0

Minor changes

• Tweak Buddy Block behavior to use different neighbor update logic than the vanilla observer. Still doesn't reach BTW parity, but it's somewhat closer
• Buddy blocks and observers now once again trigger when a block is rotated on a turntable, even if the rotated state is identical
• Added better mini block support for bamboo and bamboo mosaic
• Remove the string -> wool recipe in a cauldron since it doesn't add much, and causes annoyances with other recipes using string

Bugfixes

• Fixed wolves not producing dung while sitting on and next to carpet (and probably other flat, non-full blocks)
• Disallowed vines from being rotated as a horizontal attachment on the turntable
• Nether groth fixes (#23) - not spreading when fully grown, missing pick block stack
• Added missing mirror and rotate definitions for some orientable blocks. This would cause issues when trying to rotate a Litematica schematic of some blocks
• Added better saw block support for bamboo and bamboo mosaic
• Renamed BWT's "Hopper" to "Mechanical Hopper" in the lang file
• Actually disable the vanilla sugar recipe (it wasn't working before)
