Better Unpackables

v4.0.0 Version Bump:

Following the release of Minecraft 26.1, I have decided to better align Better Craftables and Better Unpackables to ensure consistency across both projects.

Previously, Better Unpackables v3.2.0 supported Minecraft 26.1 as well as 1.21.9-1.21.11, while Better Craftables only supported 26.1. To avoid this mismatch and potential confusion, this pre-release removes support for those older Minecraft versions.

Both projects will now target the same Minecraft versions moving forward.

If there are no issues found in this pre-release, v4.0.0 will be released on March 30th.
