Added Netherite Back Shell, which can be obtained by upgrading a Turtle Back Shell with a Netherite Ingot at a Smithing Table; this back shell has the same armor value and armor toughness as Netherite armor, and also has fire resistance.

Added exclusive functions for Turtle Back Shell and Netherite Back Shell: when the wearer is sneaking, they are immune to attacks from arrows, shulker bullets, and fire charges; each time this blocking effect is triggered, 1 point of the back shell's durability is consumed.

Removed the effect that triggers Resistance when the Turtle Back Shell takes damage.

Reduced the durability consumption of the Brush when scraping Turtle Scutes; the durability consumed per operation is adjusted to 14 points.
