Changelog:
- Reworked the turtle helmet to make the water breathing effect last forever but cause the helmet to degrade overtime the longer the player is in water.
- The durability is lost at the rate of 1 durability per 10 seconds.
- The helmet's degradation can be slowed down by enchanting the helmet with respiration.
