UI Improvements + Fixes [1.21.9-1.21.10]

Changes:
- Action buttons have been redesigned.
- The behavior of the action buttons has been changed to be more intuitive.
New Features:
- An additional option to minimize/close the fullscreen preview has been added to the upper left corner.
- Added support for double-clicking on thumbnails and mini previews to enable fullscreen preview.
Fixes:
- Fixed issue with unblocked background in fullscreen preview
Tested on 1.21 - 26.1.2 (only core versions) [on MacOS 26.2]
