Added 2 New Config Options that let you add Creatures to the list of entities that can be caught with the Fishbag (This config is only accessible via the Config file & is not supported by our Guidebook)

Added a New Config Option to Remove entities form the Fishbags Allow Catch list and temporarily Blacklist them so they cannot be caught with the Fishbag (This config is only accessible via the Config file & is not supported by our Guidebook)
