Modifies the fire resistance effect which allows it to remove the fire overlay when in fire or lava

- Removed the fireoverlay when the player has the fire resistance effect from 2nd and 3rd person as well.
- Added a Config option to remove the fireoverlay indefinitly when in creative mode (Turned off by default).
