Improves Ender Dragon boss fight, Enderman AI, makes Phantoms more balanced and more new features. All features can be enabled/disabled with gamerules.

- First number = Minecraft version (e.g. 26.1)
- Second part = modification version (e.g. v1)
- Final format: 26.1v1
- 🧹 Fixed Uninstall command
- 🗑️ Removed unused code
- 🌀 End Guardian now drains all water blocks, including kelp and seagrass
- 🔄 Removed Update mode — outdated content is now checked every 20 seconds or on reload
- 🔄 Updated menu
- 🧠 Updated gamerule names to match the new format
- ⚠️ Gamerule data has been reset — you must reconfigure all gamerules manually
- 🌌 Endermen no longer burn during daytime in other dimensions
- 🌞 Phantoms now disappear only due to sunlight, and no longer at light level 12+
