MCS Ender Dragon
Improves Ender Dragon boss fight, Enderman AI, makes Phantoms more balanced and more new features. All features can be enabled/disabled with gamerules.

- Performance improvements while using elytra
- Command give has been changed, you must now specify the number of items "/function give:mcs_dragon/* {count:1}"
- Added help command in "/function give:mcs_dragon/" section
- Added update command /function update:mcs_dragon/start
- Baby cat no longer consumes cat armor
- If you aren't flying, you can repair the elytra by holding the phantom membrane in your offhand and putting the elytra on your body.
- Elytra with unbreaking requires more xp and phantom membranes to be fixed
- You can dye cat armor [In player crafting slots only]
