Better craftable beacons
A simple mod that adds two crafting recipes for the nether star so you can easily craft a beacon early without having to kill the wither

- Added nether star crafting and duplication recipe
- Added mod versions 1.18.2, 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20.1 (forge), 1.21.1 and 1.21.4 (neoforge) (and now fabric 1.20.1 aswell!)
