Now distance of earing of bells are :

• 480 blocks for tier 3
• 320 blocks for tier 2
• 160 blocks  for tier 1

Added 3 blocks that ring bell ;

clocker for 6, 12 am and 6:30 pm

clocker custom and wall clocker custom for hours you want 

tocsin clocker that rings when specific danger is present

chansed sound of iron bell and gold bell ; added more bell variant

changed clapper model in GUI

Added compatibilty with burnt (for tocsin clocker)
