Believe Mod

• Fixed error with Believe Blocks not rendering properly on servers.

(+) Added the ability to place rope and chain from one point to another similar to a Minecraft lead. (Use Rope Tool under Architecture Tab)

(+) Changed the behaviour of the rope to the following:

• Rope Tool hitbox will now show when holding item in your hand for easier location to toggle.
• You can now toggle the Rope Tension Levels with the item in your hand.
• You can now switch between rope and chain using an empty hand.

(+) Added "Believe Brush" that allows for easy texture swapping for all Believe Blocks.

(+) Fixed code that allows for Horizontal Corners to be placed on top and bottom side of blocks.

(+) Retextured White Pillar, Green Pillar, Red Pillar, Blue Pillar, Thick Grass, Thick Brown Grass, Large Compost Bin, Thin Bookshelf, Wheelbarrow, Grassy Pebble Path, Pallisade, Pallisade Corner.

(+) Retextured and remodeled the following: Pillar Base, Pillar Top, Pillar Doric Top, Pillar Ionic Top, Pillar Corinthian Top.

(-) Removed all Survival Recipes and functionality in favor of a Believe Survval specific mod that will occur in the near future.
