Nestor's Breakable Bedrock

-Fixed the echo bomb damage. turns out i had the distance set to "=16" and not "<=16". also now it's a command. -the echo breaker now does damage. the tooltip has been edited to reflect this. -FINALLY fixed the voidtouched shattered bedrock at last. No more laggy blocks! -put the fake golden bedrock blocks in the fake bedrock tab. -sorted the creative tabs. It was annoying me. -added bedrock signs because i thought it would be funny. That's how a few things got here, Not gonna lie.
