Nestor's Breakable Bedrock

-fixed that the echo breaker didn't actually make voidtouched shattered bedrock, whoops. -made all the bedrock shattering devices also reset the age of already present shattered bedrock, so that you don't have a bunch of shattered bedrock simply reverting right as you set off an echo breaker or something. -added tooltips to the bedrock signs letting you know to dye them. they're very dark-colored signs. -added a tooltip to the bannerrock banner pattern saying that white dye works best (especially if you want it to look like default bedrock.) -changed some of the wording in the bedrock hoe advancement to sound less judgemental.
