• Added Mod Filter, when used in importer / exporter will only import and export items from a specific mod
• Added Tag Filter, when used in importer / exporter will only import and export items with a specific tag
• Added Stock Filter, used in an importer to only allow importing of items to a certain amount
• Added recipes for all the new filters
• All of these features use a new Config Screen to set them up
• Currently used in item filters only
