Background Monitoring

• Added background monitoring system that works even when Bazaar GUI is closed
• Configurable monitoring interval (60-600 seconds, default: 180s)
• Customizable minimum profit threshold for background alerts (default: 33%)
• Separate monitoring settings for percentage-based and total profit alerts
• Ability to set the number of monitored items for background checks

Alert System

• Implemented flexible alert modes:
  • In-game chat alerts
  • Discord webhook alerts
  • Combined alerts (both chat and Discord)
  • Option to disable alerts
