This pack has literally only one purpose: Put all the most popular optimization mods into one place so you don't have to download them manually one by one.
Depending on the version of the game (or if the pack is one of those random alpha tests I did and posted here for in launcher installs for friends) there might be mods added, there might be mods missing, but Sodium, Iris, Lithium, and FerriteCore among others will always be present.
IF YOU ARE USING PRISM LAUNCHER
If you're using Prism Launcher and can't find this pack in the version you want to use then download the pack, change the minecraft version, set Fabric Loader to latest, then update all the mods at once in the mod list.
I rarely play the game these days so I'm slow to update this pack hence that quick updating guide above for those who use Prism (you should be using it).
