Barely Simple Staff

-added support for enchantment descriptions

-the resonance staff is now part of the bastion loot tables

-bamboo, bone and wooden staffs can now be recycled

-the bamboo staff can now be obtained by mining bamboo

-the wooden staff now has a rare chance to drop from leaves when they are broken by a player

-the bone staff can rarely drop from zombies or skeletons now, when it is dropped by a zombie it will have a rotten flesh attached to it
