Bank Vault 1.2.8 - Forge support for Minecraft 1.20.6 through 1.21.8.

Fixes a single-player crash on Forge: the vault GUI sync packet was decoded twice over the local (integrated-server) connection, exhausting the buffer and throwing a Network Protocol Error when the vault was opened. Adds dedicated Forge builds for 1.20.6, 1.21-1.21.1, 1.21.2-1.21.5, and 1.21.6-1.21.8.

Bank Vault is a client + server mod - install it on both the client and the server.
