Bank Vault 1.2.4 - unmerged per-loader builds.

Jars are now published unmerged: one per loader per Minecraft build, so any issue maps to exactly one artifact. Pick the version matching your Minecraft version and loader.

New this release: a dedicated NeoForge build for Minecraft 1.20.2-1.20.4, closing a gap where those NeoForge versions previously had no matching jar. The Forge 1.20.1 jar also loads on NeoForge 1.20.1.

Bank Vault is a client + server mod (multiblock vault with a tabbed GUI) - install it on both the client and the server.
