Ball Enhancer

Summary

Initial release of Ball Enhancer, a Cobblemon addon adding enhanced Poké Ball variants with configurable catch-rate bonuses, penalty variants, refunds, and Cobblemon-style rendering.

• Added Poké Ball++, Poké Ball--, Great Ball++, Great Ball--, Ultra Ball++, Ultra Ball--, Premier Ball++, and Premier Ball--
• Added configurable catch-rate multipliers
• Added Penalty Ball behavior with 3-ball consumption, 1-ball refund on successful capture, and configurable refund delay
• Added clean 2D inventory and hotbar icons
• Added 3D Cobblemon-style models in hand and on the ground
• Added catch-rate tooltips in the Cobblemon style
• Added /be info and /be reload
• Added a login message explaining Penalty Ball behavior

Notes

• Penalty Balls throw one visible ball, but consume 3 items total
• If a Penalty Ball successfully captures a Pokémon, 1 ball is refunded after the configured delay
• Premier Ball is translated as Honor Ball in French
