Open Placed Backpacks config option.
- Opens a bound backpack after it has been placed in the world.
- Respects normal interaction range, line of sight, loaded chunks, and server permissions.
- Preserves Toggle and Hold to View behavior.

- Top Left

- Bottom Left
- Bottom Right
- Includes conservative JEI, EMI, and REI spacing.
Fixed
Improved transitions between inventories, containers, nested backpacks, and placed backpacks.
