Changes:
- Oracle Index is no longer a mandatory dependency
- Tooltip CTRL hotkey will now attempt to open Oracle Index, REI, or EMI (in that order). If none are available, a error message will display instead
- Dynamic tooltips added to additional items
Note: You may experience issues withdrawing unique weapons from some modded storage systems, such as Create or RS2. This is down to an incompatibility between NeoForge and Architectury on Minecraft 1.21.1 and likely cannot be fixed until the mod is updated to run on a newer version of Minecraft.
