Awesome Guns

This adds two new guns the endergun wich to get is "/ag endergun" and to get and for ammo is "/ag endAmmo" wich will make entitys float when they get hit. The other gun it adds is the Echogun "/ag echogun" and ammo "/ag echoshell" this gun shoots a sonic boom and applys darkness to the victom.
