- Added a public
awesomekeycards.api.KeycardsAPI(create personal keycards, find lockable blocks in a Region, lock blocks, lock entire regions) and registered it with the Bukkit services manager for integrations (e.g., AwesomeHouses). - Exposed lockable block detection from the internal logic so other plugins reuse the same validation without duplicating block lists.
- Exported key/lock services for programmatic usage while keeping existing gameplay features unchanged.
