Autowork 0.2.8

Hello everyone! Here comes the last content release of 0.2.X versions.

Blocks with storage variations

We added blocks variations that have internal storage including: Minecart Loader, Minecart Unloader and Breeze Collector

Also, there is Buffer block. A new block that has storage. Right-click with item to put it in the block and right-click with empty hand to extract the item

Finally, some blocks have GUI, including: Drill, Placer, Buffered variations (for minecart loader/unloader and breeze collector) that were added in this release
