Fixed:

• Fixed the offhand-swap logic causing an infinite loop where items would repeatedly cycle between the hotbar and offhand, consuming excessive CPU
• Fixed totems sometimes equipping as a "ghost" item that visually appeared in offhand but didn't actually protect against death — caused by a client/server desync in the swap sequence
• Fixed totems being misplaced into the crafting grid instead of the intended hotbar slot
• Fixed the mod re-triggering and duplicating swaps when manually moving a totem in/out of the offhand slot via the inventory screen

Added:

• New config option: Pause in Inventory (default: On) — prevents Auto Totem from acting while your inventory screen is open, avoiding conflicts with manual item management. Can be disabled in the config screen, but doing so may cause totems to be duplicated or misplaced while the inventory is open

Changed:

• Totem equip/swap logic now uses precise slot-to-slot swaps instead of quick-move, ensuring items always land exactly where expected
• Swap sequence is now spread across multiple ticks to stay in sync with the server and avoid desyncs
