- Fixed several hand-swap edge cases that caused unwanted auto-refill or replacement behavior.
- Fixed offhand items being immediately pulled back after using swap hands.
- Fixed main hand items being incorrectly replaced after moving them to the offhand.
- Fixed offhand refill/replacement triggering when items were moved manually instead of actually consumed.
- Removed the block refill fallback that could replace a block with a different block type.
- Improved refill logic to better distinguish real item usage from manual inventory actions.
