Blood ability archetype

• replaces the temporary magic archetype
• 2 New abilities
  • Blood burst - burst of damage, consuming health
  • Blood drain - drains a mobs hp, absorb half of drained hp

• multiple config loading issues
• multiple minor balancing changes

• Skills and abilities book now detects boundless and shifts position accordingly
• skills and abilities book now resepect recipe book and no longer hides the buttons.
