The config now has individual options to enable/disable specific block sounds

Hopefully fixed incompatibility with Bow Infinity Fix, do let me know if there are still any issues!

If enabled, Bamboo Rafts will now make Bamboo Plank sounds when placed, similarly to normal Boats making normal wooden plank sounds when placed

Ice Blocks now use the step sounds when hitting them instead of the break sounds, sounding a lot less harsh
