Attuned Anchors

Added

• Added permissions.json support for configurable permission groups.
• Added a default Default group that every player gets automatically.
• Added default permissions for normal gameplay, including opening the waypoint menu, editing/managing anchors, spawning/listing/removing/despawning anchors, and teleporting.
• Added an Admin group with full permission override through attunedanchors.admin.
• Added player group assignments by UUID or player name.

Changed

• Replaced the old admins.json fallback with config/attunedanchors/permissions.json.
• Updated startup logging to show loaded permission groups and player assignments.
• Updated the README with the generated permissions format.

Server Note

• Existing server owners using admins.json should move those players into the new permissions.json Admin group.
